Meet The Production Team

Em Wood | Writer / Director
Em is a Boston-born filmmaker with a passion for uncovering powerful, untold stories. Drawing on years of experience in narrative and commercial filmmaking, Em combines a deep love for character-driven storytelling with a sharp eye for visual detail. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre Arts and Communication & Media, as well as a Master of Arts in Communication.
Her latest project, The Little Caddie, brings to life the extraordinary journey of Eddie Lowery during the 1913 U.S. Open—a story of resilience, courage, and a young boy’s pivotal role in sports history. As an honorary Ouimet Scholar of the Francis Ouimet Scholarship Fund, she was able to learn about the history of The Greatest Game Ever Played at a young age, and since then has always longed to share Eddie's story. With nearly a decade of expertise in video editing and creative collaboration, Em crafts films that inspire, entertain, and leave a lasting impact.

Tony Russo | Associate Producer
Tony is an actor/writer currently residing in Los Angeles, California. Born and raised in Massachusetts, he attended Merrimack College where he was an active member of the theater program and earned a Masters of Arts in Communication and Media. Tony is no stranger to a film set, as he’s been a part of multiple productions big and small across both coasts. There’s nothing he loves more than making people laugh, but he can totally get serious too. Known by some as the “Meme Master” Tony is happy to bring his own personality to every aspect of The Little Caddie’s production. He is a big fan of Eddie Lowrey’s story and feels that it must be properly told.
